Reinvention & Letting it Go

Reinvention, or the process of stepping into who you’re becoming, is messy. The idea of removing the layers you’ve created around you and reclaiming your true self underneath all the circumstances and experiences you’ve been through is scary. You built those layers to protect you, but to move forward, you need to let them go.

I was buried beneath the layers of anger, fear, and resentment for so long that coming back up for air is the most freeing thing I’ve ever done. Exposing your true self is terrifying, nerve-wracking, and intimidating, but the alternative is staying buried and continuing to hide while life goes on around you.

Women hold it all in, and I was no different. They hold it in to get it all done and plan to deal with it later, but it comes out anyway. It comes out in anger and resentment, and it damages relationships and wounds families. No matter how long you’ve hidden your thoughts, feelings, or true self, it’s never too late to change your path.

And once you do, once you let go, life starts to open and expand in tremendous ways. It’s easier than you think to get started. Message me, and let’s talk.
