How to Push Past Your Comfort Zone

Updated: Jan 4, 2021

Whenever you push past your comfort zone, life reminds you there's so much more to experience and that you're capable of doing more. Even if you feel you did the wrong thing, you still learned and grew from the experience.

I'm in Vegas at a live event, and it's pushing me past my comfort zone. I know this where you grow, and the experiences propel you forward, but I feel the discomfort. Am I good enough? Did I bring the right clothes? WTF was I thinking!! OMG, a thousand thoughts are running through my head!

Then I remember that I followed this group because I resonated with their words. I felt compelled to be here because the message was so strong for me. Whether or not I have all the right things, I'll grow and learn, and my business and life will move forward as a result.

Going with my gut has always served me well. When you follow that voice inside your head and allow your intuition to be your guide, your life naturally follows the path that is right for you.

Whether it's immediately apparent or not, trusting your intuition can be a persuasive compass. Therefore, I have to imagine the combination of following your intuition and pushing past your comfort zone is a powerful place to be, and I choose to believe that I am exactly where I am supposed to be right now.

Whenever you push past your comfort zone, life reminds you there's so much more to experience and that you're capable of doing more. Even if you feel you did the wrong thing, you still learned and grew from the experience.

Every time you try something new, or meet new people, you expand your world. Your life is the total of all your experiences and not just the safe, comfortable ones. So, take action on your dreams, and if you are unsure of the right path, let your intuition be your guide.

It's not only the big things; the smallest shift can make the most significant changes. I would love to talk with you. Please schedule a totally free call here.
