What will it take?
fDone. Finally at the end of my rope and yes, it’s a good thing.
It usually takes getting to this point to uplevel. To get to the next phase and do the things that have been holding you back.
Something triggered me this week. I know what it was, but it wasn’t the only thing. It was just the thing that broke the camel’s back. The last straw of playing small and being weak. Those are things that I have never been, so why now?
I believe people come into your life at times to teach you what you need to know, but you don’t always see it at the time.
This week I learned about facing the hard conversations that sometimes need to be said to move out of a place that’s not serving you.
I have known I have had to do this for a long time and as time passes it gets harder.
My coach, while live streaming from a Bali retreat refreshed my memory on why you need to have these conversations.
Why you need to jump headfirst into the things that scare you and challenge you. It’s the only way to get to the next level. The reward.
So today I am done keeping quiet and living small and holding back. There are too many things I want to do. Too many dreams I have yet to attain.
It’s time. Time to find my voice and say the things that need to be told and do what needs to be done.
If I do not have the strength to push through and make the changes I know I need to, how can I expect my clients too? How can I support them to the fullest if I am not stepping into the person I know I am inside?
I work with powerful women, leaders, successful businesswomen often at the height of their careers, and those who are no longer there but still feel they are on the inside.
It often leaves me with a sense of wonder that they can get stuck too. How can these women still feel uncertainty or lack clarity on what’s next?
Everyone has something they are pushing through and no matter who or where you are, it’s hard, and it feels heavy.
So this is my time to push forward, to do the right thing, to step up and uplevel my life and those who I impact.
This won’t be the last time, it’s just this time.
It’s the end of the year, and this time of year does not make anything easier. Is it time to make some decisions and get clear or let go and enjoy the time rather than stress about it.
Time to push through the heavy and make it light. To take control of how you feel and how you decide to move forward. To start the new year fresh and ready to uplevel to where you know you should be.
So I decided to run a workshop to help you get clear on what you want, take control of your emotions, and how to make those hard choices before we move into the holidays.
Details about the workshop coming soon!!
