You can push through your comfort zone anytime something makes you uncomfortable, and you’re triggered. The trigger makes you feel uncertainty, and you can run to safety, or you can push through it.
It’s the voice in your head telling you to get moving, or get out!
That voice in your head is you, and you control it. If something triggers you, say STOP.
Say stop to the voice in your head, and ask yourself what is the best thing for you right now? How do you want to feel, and how can you make a decision in the best interest of you?
Don’t grab your phone or start scrolling, don’t walk away, push through it.
Life is happening for you, not to you.
