Done.
Finally, at the end of my rope, and yes, it's a good thing.
It usually takes getting to this point where you have to remove the things holding you back.
Something triggered me this week. I know what it was, but it wasn't the only thing. It was just the thing that broke the camel's back, and the last straw of playing small and being weak. Those are things that I've never been, so why now?
I believe people come into your life at times to teach you what you need to know, but it doesn't always look that way when it's happening.
This week I learned that hard conversations are necessary to move you out of a place that's not serving you.
I've known I needed to do this, and as time passes, it gets harder.
This week, my coach refreshed my memory on why you need to have these conversations. She reminded me why you need to jump headfirst into the things that scare or challenge you, and it's the only way to get to the next level—the reward.
So today, I am done keeping quiet and living small and holding back. There are too many things I want to do. Too many dreams I have yet to attain.
It's time to find my voice and say what needs to be said. If I don't have the strength to push through and make the changes I need, how can I expect that from my clients? How can I support them to the fullest if I am not stepping into the person I know I am inside?
I work with powerful women, leaders, successful businesswomen often at the height of their careers, and those who are no longer there but still feel that way inside.
It doesn't matter who you are or what level you've reached; everyone has something they're pushing through or something that feels heavy.
Today is my time to push forward, do the right thing, and uplevel my life and those I impact. It won't be the last time; it's just this time.
It's the end of the year, and this time of year does not make anything easier. It's time to make some decisions and get clear, so you can let go and enjoy the time rather than stress about it.
Time to push through the heavy and make it light. To take control of how you feel and how you decide to move forward. To start the new year fresh and ready to uplevel to where you know you should be.
I decided to run a workshop to help you get clear on what you want, take control of your emotions, and how to make those hard choices before we move into the holidays.
Details about the workshop are coming soon!!
